We made some refried bean tamales and pork-potato tamales.
Mike started off the holiday with some egg nog (which I find repulsive. the nog, not Mike! Don't worry, even though it's produced by a whiskey distiller it is non-alcoholic)
Oh yeah, my tamales are THAT good!

I've been wanting to learn to make tamales!!! Growing up we always had Mexican Christmas Eve, and we've continued that, but I haven't been brave enough to try tamales yet... can you post a recipe????
